Rio Bravo Real Estate

Rio Bravo is a gated golf course community.  “City in the Hills” and Tuscany are newer neighborhoods and very popular. All three of these communities offer some magnificent views of the Sierra Nevada Mountain range.

Attractions in this part of Bakersfield are also quite impressive. We have:

-Lake Ming-A manmade lake 10 miles northeast of Bakersfield offering boating, water skiing, fishing, and sailboat are allowed at specified times.

-Hart Memorial Park-One of Kern Counties oldest parks is located 8 miles northeast of Bakersfield off Alfred Harrell Highway. Hart Park has 2 lakes with trout, catfish and bass fishing, canoe/paddleboat rentals, playgrounds and panic facilities. Parking at the east entrance offers hiking and equestrian trails.

-The California Living Museum (also now as CALM) is a small zoo featuring animals and plants native to California.

-The Mesa Marin Sports Complex offers 4 lighted softball fields with bleacher seating on 15 acres. This is just the start, with future plans that included a playground, Splash pad, skate park, and soccer complex.
